Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping Time. At this time we are primarily shipping with Fed Ex Home Delivery. Sometimes we will use the USPS when price is better. Most products are shipped in standard size packaging with the exception of the 2 n 1 bathtub which ships as an oversized product. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We will ship to military APO addresses. Most orders ship within 2 business days although some personalized and specialty items may take longer.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Damaged or Lost Shipments. Upon the arrival of your shipment, please check the contents of your package immediately and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Keep all merchandise and packaging in as delivered condition. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. We are committed to providing the best quality merchandise. Most, but not all, products are covered by our warranty. We will work diligently with the manufacturer to take care of your service needs.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy. All returns MUST HAVE a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. To obtain your RMA number you must email us or call us 573-344-1320 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday with the following information: Order Number & Product Name. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. To ensure product integrity AND health , hygiene and sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns on any kind of personal items such as potty training pants, potty seats, potty chairs, urinals, etc. - anything that may have come in contact with urine or feces if the original packaging is not fully intact. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indications that it has been used, installed or applied. This includes, but is not limited to, items that have been assembled, unsealed, videos, DVD's and CD's and any personalized items. New and unused means saleable condition, not used, worn or dirty. We cannot refund original shipping fees or the cost of return shipping. Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. Refunds will be given in the same method they were received, no exceptions. If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following: · All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). · Original packaging. · Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
